# G-Labs

> G-Labs is the technology arm of Gemixx Exports, a manufacturer and exporter. We built an AI operating system (G-Labs OS) to run our own factory after AI agencies kept selling us software that didn't fit how factories work. We now deploy it for small manufacturers, one module at a time, at a nominal price. Launch offer: the first 5 manufacturers get one module free for 30 days.

## Who we are
- The in-house technology team of Gemixx Exports (https://gemixx.com/).
- Led by strategists who trained at S&P 500 companies, leading pharma and major technology firms, then left to build their own manufacturing business.
- Every module runs in our own operations on real orders before we deploy it for anyone else.

## G-Labs OS: three suites on one core

### Stream (operations)
- Chat-to-Task: turns WhatsApp group chat (English, Hindi or mixed) into owned, dated tasks.
- Chaser: reminders in each group's language, check-in polls, and automatic detection of completed work.
- Inbox Intelligence: pulls deadlines and buyer feedback out of email, with a privacy filter that keeps client names out of vendor chats.
- Pulse: daily and weekly digests, plus an on-time-rate dashboard.
- Command Agent: a team agent that reports, shares documents and flags blockers.
- Self-Healing Ops: diagnostics, pause, restart and restore.

### Dock (trade and freight)
- Portal Pilot: PO acceptance, packing lists, invoices and carton labels inside retailer supplier portals.
- Freight Desk: ocean bookings on forwarder portals using cartons, CBM and gross weight from invoices.
- Doc Room: automatic filing and sharing of shipment documents.
- Quote Engine: house-format quotations and an FOB costing ladder with margin checks.
- Factory Brief: production brief PDFs.
- Grid Sync: safe bulk updates to buyer item grids.

### Studio (product and design)
- Component Library: more than 16,000 catalogued components with faceted search and photo match.
- Configurator: product design with a physics check, bill of materials and costing.
- AI Photo Studio: photoreal product images before sampling.
- Voice Designer: spoken design requests turned into buildable designs.
- Tech Packs: generated from the design.
- Trend Board and Buyer Portal: collections, share links, selections and inquiries.

### Trust (across all suites)
- Per-viewer invisible watermarking and leak tracing, per-user module access, an AI spend ledger and a content-safety gate.
- A documented security program; SOC 2 is on the roadmap (not yet certified).

## Roadmap
- Now (Q4 2026): all three suites live; partner program for the first 5 manufacturers.
- Next (H1 2027): official WhatsApp Business integration, more portal connectors, accounting/ERP bridges, SOC 2 Type I.
- Later (H2 2027): end-to-end Order Desk, costing intelligence, a supplier network, SOC 2 Type II.

## The deal
- The client gets a working module fitted to their existing process.
- G-Labs improves its modules from every deployment.
- Pricing is nominal.
