The AI operating system a factory actually runs on.
We're manufacturers. Every agency tried to sell us tools we didn't need for processes they didn't understand, so we built our own system and ran our factory on it. Now we deploy it for small teams like yours, one module at a time.
Agencies don't run factories. We do.
Our strategists trained at S&P 500 companies, leading pharma and major technology firms. Then they left to build Gemixx Exports, a manufacturing and export business of their own.
Inside it, they found a huge gap. Traditional manufacturing runs on WhatsApp groups, buyer portals, spreadsheets, PDFs and people re-typing the same numbers five times. The AI vendors who showed up wanted to replace our process with theirs.
So we built it ourselves: an internal technology team building around how a real production and export business runs, and testing every module on real orders, real shipments and real deadlines before anyone else sees it.
Three suites. One brain. Plug in what you need.
Every module shares one core: the same team memory, the same document room and the same admin console. Start with the job that hurts most, then add the next module when the first one has paid for itself.
The operations brain. It listens to your team's WhatsApp groups and inbox, works out who owes what by when, and keeps chasing until it's done. That's the follow-up a manager would do, without the manager.
Chat-to-Task
Turns group chat into owned, dated tasks, in English, Hindi or a mix of both. It threads replies, filters out noise and merges duplicates.
Chaser
Reminders in each group's own language, with the right people tagged. Check-in polls confirm completion, and it spots when something got done without being told.
Inbox Intelligence
Pulls deadlines, buyer feedback and action items out of email. A privacy filter keeps client names out of vendor-facing chats.
Pulse
End-of-day digests, a weekly roll-up of what's resolved, open and at risk, and a live board of on-time rate and resolution speed.
Command Agent
One agent your team messages like a colleague. It reports, shares documents and flags what's stuck.
Self-Healing Ops
Diagnostics, pause, restart, archive and restore. The system keeps itself running so nobody has to babysit it.
Export paperwork on autopilot. Dock works inside your buyers' supplier portals and your forwarders' booking portals the same way your team would, minus the typos and the late nights.
Portal Pilot
Accepts POs and builds packing lists, invoices and carton labels inside retailer supplier portals.
Freight Desk
Ocean bookings for US, UK and EU lanes, with cartons, CBM and gross weight pulled straight from your invoices. Confirmations are saved and shared.
Doc Room
Every invoice, packing list, label and booking is filed in the right handover folder and sent to the right people.
Quote Engine
Offer sheets and FOB quotations in your own house format, with a costing ladder that checks margins before anything goes out.
Factory Brief
Production briefs your floor can actually use: specs, quantities and deadlines in one clean PDF.
Grid Sync
Bulk updates to buyer item grids (cartons, volume, weight, origin) without corrupting the file.
An AI design studio for your buyers and your team. Configure real products from real components, see them photographed before a sample exists, and send a tech pack the same afternoon.
Component Library
More than 16,000 catalogued components with faceted search and photo match. Snap a picture and find the part.
Configurator
Design products from your actual parts, with a physics check, a live bill of materials and costing as you go.
AI Photo Studio
Photoreal product shots of designs that don't exist yet, so you can sell before you sample.
Voice Designer
Describe what you want out loud. It searches the library and proposes designs that can actually be built.
Tech Packs
Production-ready tech packs generated from the design itself.
Trend Board & Buyer Portal
Seasonal collections, share links, selections and inquiries in a private space for each buyer.
Your designs, your clients and your margins stay yours.
Leak Tracing
Every shared image carries an invisible watermark for its viewer. If a design leaks, you can trace who it came from.
Access Control
Sign-in per person, module switches per user, and a full activity log.
Spend Ledger & Safety Gate
Every AI call is costed and capped, and content standards are enforced before anything ships.
How modules stack.
You never buy a platform up front. You plug a module into the core, prove it pays, and stack the next one on top.
Where G-Labs OS goes next.
Built in the open with our launch partners. Partners shape the order.
Launch
- Stream, Dock and Studio live in production
- Partner program: the first 5 manufacturers
- Deployment around each partner's own portals and channels
- Security program and policies in place
Connect
- Official WhatsApp Business integration
- More buyer-portal and forwarder connectors
- Accounting and ERP bridges
- SOC 2 Type I audit
Autopilot
- Order Desk: PO to shipped, end to end

- Supplier network between partner factories
- SOC 2 Type II
Straightforward, and good for both sides.
You get a tool
A working module deployed around your process and your systems, and your team trained to use it.
We get better
Every deployment teaches us something. Your experience makes every module sharper, including yours.
Nominal pricing
We charge nominally. Our upside is building new things, not padding retainers.
First 5 manufacturers: one module free for 30 days.
Pick the job your team hates most. We deploy the module, you tell us what's broken.
Four steps. No 90-page strategy deck.
Walk the floor
A short call. You show us the work that eats your team's week.
Pick a module
We start from a module that already runs in our own business, so you aren't paying for a blank page.
Deploy around your process
We connect it to your WhatsApp groups, inbox, portals and formats. Your process stays the same, minus the grunt work.
Stack the next one
When the first module pays for itself, plug in the next. Every one runs on the same core.
Straight answers.
What is G-Labs?
G-Labs is the technology arm of Gemixx Exports, a working manufacturer and exporter. We built an AI operating system to run our own factory after agencies kept selling us tools that didn't fit. We now deploy it for other manufacturers, one module at a time.
How is G-Labs different from an AI agency?
We're manufacturers, not consultants. Every module runs in our own business on real orders before we deploy it for anyone else. We fit the tool to the process you already run.
What does it cost?
We charge nominally. Part of our return is learning from each deployment and improving the modules for everyone. Launch offer: the first 5 manufacturers get one module free for 30 days.
Can it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Stream reads your team's WhatsApp groups, in English, Hindi or a mix of both, turns the conversation into owned, dated tasks, and chases them with reminders and check-in polls until they're done.
Which module should I start with?
Most teams start with Chat-to-Task (team follow-up), Portal Pilot (buyer portal paperwork) or Quote Engine (quotes and costing). Every later module plugs into the same core.
Is my data safe?
Access is per person and per module, client names are filtered out of vendor-facing messages, AI spend is tracked, and shared designs carry invisible per-viewer watermarks so leaks can be traced. A documented security program is in place and a SOC 2 audit is on the roadmap.
Do I need a technical team?
No. We deploy around your existing channels and files, and train your team. Your people keep the judgment calls; the system handles the repetitive work.
Tell us the job your team hates most.
You'll talk to someone who runs a manufacturing business, not a sales rep. Send a couple of lines about your operation and which module caught your eye.
